Vietnam is an agricultural country, so the economy just tends to develop the industry and services field in decades. However, the economic transition from agriculture to the industry is not fast enough to accommodate for an enormous number of people who are seeking jobs about the field of industry and services.

So, young graduates will definitely have to face up with more competition. In more details, the ratio of people who need to find jobs is rising. Additionally, most Vietnamese graduates’ goals are great jobs in developed cities such as Saigon, Haiphong, and DaNang.
CONSEQUENTLY
This leads to the labor force that is unevenly distributed among economic geographic regions because they incline to have good jobs in developed cities.
This is not only the cause of an imbalance in the labor field but also an agent of unemployment and underemployment.
